1. / 01 What the team knows When someone on the team puts AI on a task in the project, how much do they have to explain first?

   Everything. From scratch, every time. Whatever they paste in there and then. Almost nothing. The background is already in place.
2. / 02 What works Think of the last AI trick someone on the team found that actually worked. Where is it now?

   Cannot think of one, or it stayed with whoever found it. In a chat, or mentioned across the table. Somewhere everyone can find it, and several people use it.
3. / 03 Copy and paste How much copying and pasting does it take to get AI working on what you actually have: emails, documents, the project plan?

   Everything is pasted in by hand. Some of it is connected, the rest is pasted in. Very little. AI finds it where the work already lives.
4. / 04 Runs by itself The things that happen every week in the team, minutes, status, follow-ups: who writes the first draft?

   Whoever is responsible, from scratch, every time. Some people have prompts they reuse. AI writes the first draft without anyone asking. We correct it.
5. / 05 Overview The last time you needed to know what had been decided on something, what did you do?

   Asked someone, or brought it to the next meeting. Searched across several tools. Looked it up in one place, and it was right.
6. / 06 Where AI helps, where you decide Think of the last important thing the team had to land, a priority, a concept, a launch. What had AI been part of before you sat down together?

   Nothing I know of. We discussed it as before. Each person had made their own briefing with AI. Often different. We had used AI on the shared briefing first, to find gaps and counterarguments.
7. / 07 Who checked The last draft you got from someone on the team: did you know how much a human had checked before it reached you?

   No. I read everything as if nobody had checked it. I guessed from who sent it. Yes. It came with who had been through it.
8. / 08 What never gets pasted in If someone new on the team asked “can I paste this into AI?”, what answer would they get?

   Different answers, depending on who they ask. A spoken “we do not usually”. Nobody has written it down. Somewhere to look it up. It is written down, and everyone knows where.
9. / 09 Good enough The last time something made with AI looked finished but did not hold up: what happened?

   It was caught late, often by whoever received it. It was raised there and then, and then forgotten. We had something to point to, that everyone knew.
10. / 10 What holds The last change you tried in the way you work: where is it now?

    It slid back. It holds with some people. It has a fixed point where we look at it together.
