1. / 01 What the team knows When someone on the team puts AI on a task in the project, how much do they have to explain first?

   Everything. From scratch, every time. Whatever they paste in there and then. Almost nothing. The background is already in place.
2. / 02 What works Think of the last AI trick someone on the team found that actually worked. Where is it now?

   Somewhere everyone can find it, and several people use it. Cannot think of one, or it stayed with whoever found it. In a chat, or mentioned across the table.
3. / 03 Copy and paste How much copying and pasting does it take to get AI working on what you actually have: emails, documents, the project plan?

   Everything is pasted in by hand. Very little. AI finds it where the work already lives. Some of it is connected, the rest is pasted in.
4. / 04 Runs by itself Minutes, status, follow-ups, the things that happen every week: who writes the first draft?

   Some people have prompts they reuse. Whoever is responsible, from scratch, every time. AI writes the first draft without anyone asking. We correct it.
5. / 05 Overview The last time you needed to know what had been decided on something, what did you do?

   Searched across several tools. Looked it up in one place, and it was right. Asked someone, or brought it to the next meeting.
6. / 06 Before you decide Think of the last important thing the team had to land, a priority or a launch. What had AI been part of before you sat down together?

   We had run AI on the shared briefing first, to find the gaps. Each person had made their own briefing with AI. Often different. Nothing I know of. We discussed it as before.
7. / 07 Who read it through The last AI-made draft you got from someone on the team: did you know whether anyone had read it through before it reached you?

   I guessed, from who sent it. No. I read everything as if nobody had looked at it. Yes. It said who had read it through, and what.
8. / 08 Data security If someone new on the team asked “can I paste customer data or personal information into AI?”, what answer would they get?

   Somewhere to look it up. It is written down, and everyone knows where. Different answers, depending on who they ask. A spoken “we do not usually”. Nobody has written it down.
9. / 09 Good enough The last time something made with AI looked finished but did not hold up: what was it measured against?

   Nothing. Whoever received it caught it. Something written down, that everyone knew. The gut feeling of whoever sent it.
10. / 10 What holds The last change you tried in the way you work: where is it now?

    It holds with some people. It has a fixed point where we look at it together. It slid back.
