About Viljar

I help teams work with AI together.

I have facilitated more than 650 workshops for Norwegian companies.

From 2017 to 2023 I built Løpe, one of the leading design sprint studios in the Nordics. There we ran more than 35 innovation projects with clients such as Orkla, Schibsted, BDO and several public-sector organisations. In one of those sprints, an Orkla team cut the time from idea to market from 12 to 3 months. That was before AI. Today this is possible in weeks, and available to everyone. And that changes how we work together.

Over the years I have trained more than 600 facilitators in designing and leading better workshops.

In the Løpe years I also built and sold the online course WorkUp, which brought in 1.5 million Norwegian kroner in revenue.

From 2023 to 2026 I have helped train hundreds of leaders, and coached Norwegian leaders and founders one to one. That work has gone through VERTICAL Development, Pinecone Leadership and my own company.

I hold a Master of Science from the NTNU School of Entrepreneurship. My master's thesis, from 2017, was about artificial intelligence.

Today I work remotely with teams in Norway, and from Lisbon with teams across Europe. In English or Norwegian.

My work sits where leadership development, team facilitation and AI meet. All three are about how people decide and collaborate under uncertainty.
